I have lived in the San Pedro area for over thirty years. I love my community. As a realtor,  I can relate to the person selling a home to purchase a larger home because I have been that person. I can relate to the empty nester who wants to downsize because I am an empty nester who has downsized. I can relate to the adult child who needs to sell an aged parent’s home and help that parent transition to assisted living situation because I helped my aged mother make this transition .  I believe that my  being able to relate to the stage of life you are in builds a stronger partnership.
