ABOUT Nina

Nina Elizarraras was born in Mexico City but grew up since the age of one in the South Bay. Her higher education began at El Camino College where she worked towards her A.A degree and became licensed. She continued to become actively involved with the Real Estate program at the college. She later became a two-term El Camino College Real Estate Association President. Even though her time ended she continues to advocate for the students and aid in extracurricular program activities for them. She has now balanced her mother's lifestyle to provide Real Estate services throughout Southern California. Her specialty has become helping sellers rehab their homes for a quicker and higher price point. Nina can also provide staging options since she is a contractor for staging. She is bilingual and is able to help Spanish speakers. She works with many lenders that can help from a basic Conventional loan all the way through an FHA buyer.
