What Is Coaching/Mentorship?
Coaching: The program is designed to coach experienced agents in a one to one setting. Your coach will meet individually with you to review your business plan, farm, prospecting and training schedule. Coaching offers both transaction assistance for your next deal, as well as accountability for your overall production goals.
Mentorship: The mentorship program is for an agent with little or no transactional experience. Your coach will work with you on your first transaction to help with forms, negotiations, contracts, client interaction, open houses and business coaching. You will meet one to one with your coach to establish a business plan, farm, prospecting and training schedule.
