Shark Academy is a full training program offered to all new and experienced agents. Whether you are beginning your career or are looking for the extra edge through one on one coaching we have a program to help you fulfill your goals.
• Your mentor will work with you one on one to help with all forms, client dealings/ negotiations marketing and open houses through the close of your fist transaction.
• Establish a Business plan, ideal schedule, farm, long and short-term goals and weekly accountability sessions.
• New Agent Mentoring is 70/30% Split on your first deal.
• Experienced Agent Coaching is done in six week commitments and is 80/20% split paid upon the close of your first deal.
