ABOUT Samuel

I am from Louisiana and I served two years in the United States Marine Corps, which included a tour of duty in Vietnam. I obtained the rank of Corporal E-4 and was Honorably Discharge from the military. I worked in public service for the City of Los Angeles for more than 38 years. I was a Security Officer for the Los Angeles Public Library for six years and I completed 32 years as a Los Angeles Police Officer where I retired as an Assistant Watch Commander.   I also earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University Dominguez Hills.

I have three beautiful daughters and five grandchildren and two housedogs. My hobbies Included: Urban Ballroom Dancing, Salsa Dancing, Cha Cha Dancing, playing poker, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.

I have been a real estate agent for over 16 years. I have conducted numerous seminars and assisted first time homebuyers to obtain homes and I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. While I avail myself to assisting people in all of Southern California buy, sell and invest in real estate, my main focus is in Los Angeles County. As your friendly neighborhood Realtor, I will use State of the Arts strategies, Social Media and basic hard work to get you the best price for the sell of your home and for buyers I will negotiate to get the home for you at the right price. My mission is to be the go to realtor for buyers and sellers. To stay efficient with my endeavors I am continuously taking classes at the South Bay Board of Realtors and other locations that will keep me abreast of all the new changes and updates in the ever changing real estate market.
