I am Yvonne Zoon your Local Realtor and a FULL-TIME Real Estate Professional, I specialize in the California’s Beach Cities, including Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, and surrounding area’s. I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types. Born and raised in the Netherlands (Holland), Europe. I have traveled extensively. I have lived in many different countries and have been exposed to lots of different people, cultures, and lifestyles…. I appreciate all styles, admire people from all different backgrounds. I am flexible and adapt easily. I have been in Real Estate for many years. Obtained a certificate in Residential Real Estate Appraisal in 1995 and also had a Home Decor internet busines.
